Lunch Monday thru Friday from 11:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. We serve Dinner Monday thru Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. We serve Dinner on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Dinner only on Saturday from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00p.m. We are closed on Sunday. Please call ahead for holiday hours of operation.

My wife and I are huge fans of Union. It is hands down the best food we’ve had in Castle Rock. We are so glad that we stumbled upon it one day a couple years ago on a walk right after they had just opened. Great atmosphere and incredible food.
