At a time when you think service is a thing of the past, along come those who restore your faith. On a recent trip south, my car developed serious problems. I was very stressed, but you took my car in immediately, diagnosed the problem and provided me with a written estimate of repairs. You promised to do your best to get my car repaired that day, and you offered me a ride to the local mall. When the repair on my car was completed, you came to pick me up at the mall, and I was back on the road by 4pm. I commend you for having such a high standard of service!
